I believe in designing programs that are not only functional and safe, but also inviting and empowering.

It’s crucial to understand the distinct needs and preferences of seniors, and to communicate effectively—not just with them, but also with their families and communities. I also share practical ways to make classes more inclusive, engaging, and impactful for every participant.
